SpectreIntel is already operational. It is not yet a mature multi-case platform, not a legal authority, not a substitute for human judgment and not a system that proves what public documents still fail to show.

What It Is
  • A truth-seeking case system for public-source investigation.
  • An operational workspace with discovery, planner, graph and UI MVPs.
  • A disciplined engine for factual, legal-minimum and explainable risk outputs.
What It Is Not Yet
  • Not a mature multi-case platform.
  • Not a public portal for sensitive case handling at scale.
  • Not a system that proves funding, challenges or legality when the documents are missing.
What It Does Not Claim
  • No automatic penal conclusions.
  • No automatic case acceptance.
  • No claim of completeness beyond the linked artifacts and workspace.
